Big O Tires

I was greeted upon entering the building. I explained my problem and my vehicle was promptly taken back and fixed.

I have done a lot of business there, they are honest each time. I will be needing new tires soon and plan on returning for those soon.

The employees were great. They went above and beyond.

They was able to tell me the exact price over the phone before I brought my vehicle in and they didn’t charge extra when I paid. They got my vehicle in on the day and time that I requested that way it was convenient for me and my schedule.

My 18 wheeler thru a belt and had to have a new tire. This was, hands down, the easiest transaction I've experienced in a LONG time! Quick in and out so my driver could get on with his deliveries. Thank you for helping us!

Got an alignment and tire balance for a bad steering wheel shake. Completely gone will recommend to someone in the future.

Making my appointment was easy as I did it online. I received a confirmation call the next day and was given a clear rundown of what I asked for as well as the pricing on each service and product. I confirmed my appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff and my info was entered into the system. I handed over my keys and went and ran errands for the next hour. I came back and my car was done (new tires, oil change, and state inspection). The sales associate rang up my order, I paid and was on my way. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will most likely be a return customer in the future.
