Big O Tires

As I waited for my car to be serviced numerous customers came into the store and the manager, Dakota & his team greeted each individual & answered questions promptly. I had scheduled an appointment on line and I received a text message time slot was available therefore I decided to wait at store while service was completed. Upon arrival it was not explained there was a delay & I waited 2 hours for an oil change. I spoke to manager Dakota the next day to let him know I was not mad just wanted to know the best way to schedule future appointments. He was very helpful & took responsibility for the delay & insisted on giving me a coupon for a free oil change. I did not expect nor want a free oil change. Dakota was so professional & did not throw his staff under the bus. Great respect for him and his team. The employee who completed the oil change & tire rotation was very professional when he brought the keys to me when service was completed. I did not get his name but he did an excellent job. I plan to return to Big O for additional services.

Went in for a tire repair and was very impressed. They were friendly and got my tire repaired quick. Would recommend to anyone!

Our experience at this Big O’s was great. It was super easy to make an appointment online. We were in and out fairly quickly to get a tire patched. Came back the week after for an oil change, too! Will keep coming back for this type of service. Everyone is friendly and professional.
