I've visited the same pollo loco twice and they never have the item I want. I've told the manager twice but they dismiss my comment.

This was my third time in less than 2 months that i go to this location and the ALWAYS mess up my order. This last time i did not receive utensils for any of the 3 orders i paid for. Arrived to where we were going to realize we didnt have any utensils to eat a bowl, a soup, and a salad. VERY FRUSTRATING. Then to make it worse, the churros we ordered as dessert were tasteless, stiff, and disgusting. WILL NOT BE BACK.
