Drive thrus take way to long.

I was disappointed how little food my pollo bowl had. Like for paying more you would expect better

The wait was long and the restaurant seemed understaffed.

I visited this location thinking i would receive quick service but instead it took me 25 minutes to go through the drive thru process. also the rice in the brc that i ordered was stale and hard. worst food and efficiency.
