The employee was rude when we were asking about the menu items, as it is a new menu format / new items on the menu, which we had questions about. She packed professionalism and customer service skills, which proper training and attitude management would fix. Definitely have had better service elsewhere. Overall, el pollo loco is kind of expensive but their food is good. The place was kind of dirty too, dirty floors and dirty tables, kind of grosses you out considering it's a restaurant.

Second visit in 1 week both times no soup was told they ran out. Will not be visiting this location again
