convenient location

The Pollo Loco drive-through line was extremely slow. There was about seven cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru

They were all very nice and they serviced me quickly. I always come to this location and they are very consistent with everything. They never ever are upset and always have a smile on their faces. Thanks! Also, the food is always really good!

I like this particular restaurant at this location but I have found some inconsistencies on different shifts. I have been ordering large chicken tortilla soup for my meals lately and the day / lunch shift really skimps on the chicken and veggies (but mainly chicken).

My chicken had bones in it
