Bones in chicken

Alexander was a new employee on the register. We ordered on of your chicken avocado salads and the chicken avocado bowl. He had no idea how to punch it into the register and asked a coworker to help. That person didn't know what to do either. I then ordered the chicken enchiladas thinking that would be easier since it was on the display board. Nope, they couldn't figure it out. They were looking for a manager to assist but someone stated she was in the office on the phone. In the meantime there were 5-6 customers behind us. When the manager appeared she took our order, never apologizing for the wait, no smile and no hint of appreciation for the trainee at the register who tried his best. I might add that he was apologetic to us and showed a lot of effort in trying to do the right thing. The manager must have been having a bad night, I watched her interactions with the employees and was surprised by her lack of respect towards them and her lack of customer service skills towards her customers.
