The clerk was very friendly, very attentive and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel as if I had to rush to make a decision. In fact, she assisted in me making my decision, asked all the questions to help me make a decision

The store was very clean and both ladies very helpful as I had three granddaughters with with. One sales person helped me with the purchase and the other lady assisted the girls with stickers.

This was my first experience with Pandora, and Courtney made it so much meaningful and valuable. I didn't know what I was looking for, but Courtney was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the rings and designs that would meet my interest and desire. Although it was busy, the space felt well safe with some social distancing, and the attention to customer service is impeccable.

I was acknowledged and she listened to what I was looking for.

Staff was ready to help and very knowledgeable about different charms available. I was also able to make a free bouquet with my purchase which was really cute!

The associate seemed like she was in a rush and trying to get people in and out of the store.I looked at charms out of the book when there were charms at the store I could have seen in the cases. Never have experienced that before or been rushed to purchase and I have visited this location many times.
