I like Pandora store and the items they carry just didn’t have some charms I was looking for.

Took forever to have an associate help me as there were 4 of them and they were talking to each other. Then the person didn’t know much and kept giving wrong information.

Upon review of the advertisement and current sales I went into pandora to purchase a gift for someone. I came in solely for the promotion that stated you will receive a free pandora bracelet upon purchase of $150 or more. I was told that there were no more bracelets and that they were not sent enough. This is why customers are so skeptical of these kinds of promotions, it’s sketchy business. I was dissatisfied due to this. I did purchase a couple items however I was not satisfied due to this situation.

I had to doa return on an item that was too small.

I would be highly satisfied if the pricing on charms were a little lower.

When I walk in the store one of associate was wait on customer.But the another three was talking among themselves I had to get their attended.

The store and product itself is great. The sale associate that helped me and my sister was not friendly. She barely spoke and her interaction seemed like she was irritated with us.

Just barley any attention from sales associates and rude because of my appearance.

Associates were on their phone and I had to wait to get help. The associate working with us was helpful but rude.
