I don’t like the 30 day exchange policy. The bracelet I received was really hard to unclamp and wanted to exchange for different style. Due to not having a Pandora where I live I waited till I was near one to exchange.

Customer service that associate was very rude and she didn’t know what she was doing I get that experience all the time when I go to Pandora
