Order taker was very rude and smart alic

It took 25 minutes to get through the drive thru. I wouldn't have waited that long, but the way the parking lot is situated, if you get in line you are stuck there. I waited that long, and still my order was wrong and it didn't seem very fresh. The tortillas were very stale as if they had been left out for a long period of time.
