El Pollo Loco

Employees have poor listening skills resulting in my order consistently being incorrect causing me to drive back it's a waste of my time and gas.

This El pollo Loco is the worst! The first rme I went here I ordered the Baja shrimp tacos and they gave me chicken tacos even though my receipt showed my correct order. I had to drive back and exchange it so this time I was prepared and I checked my order before I left. Of course they got it wrong I ordered the tacos with no cheese and no cream but when I checked only one was correct and the other wasn't. I told them right away and they told me one didn't have it but that's not how I ordered it. When I gave it to them to fix they returned it to me a second time with cream on it. It looked like they just scraped it off and gave me the same one. I'm allergic to dairy so I again returned it. Just unacceptable.
