Great food

Chicken was questionable. There were "parts" that were chewy and non recognizable.

Very disappointed to find dark brown dead lettuce leaves throughout my salad it was clearly not fresh lettuce it shouldn't have been used to make the salad those are too expensive to not use fresh ingredients. Also on my way in I saw an employee male I did not get his name but he was scratching his head and did not look hygienic then by the time I got to the window I could see him crystal clearly from that point if view AND HE WAS PREPARING FOOD which just seemed unclean. This visit turned me off and I work on the next street I probably won't be coming back anytime soon

The customer service is severely lacking at this location. The cashier was so completely unfriendly that it makes me not want to go back to this specific El Pollo Loco anymore.
