El Pollo Loco

I really like the food, usually the service is good, but this time the person that was in turn as Manager, was rough, it was a young man but I think I was tired or stressed because, had no creamy cilantro dresing, which is one of the things that I love you, also my food didn't get napkins which is very important Thank you.

We chose this place because we got a coupon in the mail. This place was good and at a good price.

we have never had friendly service from this el pollo loco. it's the only one close by so we are limited but the staff is not nice

The one by the promenade was horrible. The worker was trying to tell us what we wanted. we got mad and went to another pollo loco.
