I love El Pollo Loco everything was great except the price. I seldom can afford this restaurant be cause frankly the prices are too high. Other than that the food was great.

It was later at night, right before closing. The dinning room was dirty, tables and floor had trash on them. The portions were on the small side. I have always wondered why they have to male so much noise when they cut the chicken. Makes it hard to enjoy ur meal when u feel like ur at a construction site.

Cashier was very knowledgeable and friendly. Menu board did not display the items I was there to purchase. Other than that, everything was good as expected. I will return.

Not my best visit, came in just before closing. The chicken was hot and tasty but had been sitting. The staff wasn't near as friendly as normal. While we were eating the sound system had some kind of really loud feedback, at least 2 of the staff heard it but didn't seem to care to try to fix it. Very disappointing.
