Went above and beyond to locate a bracelet for me when it was not available in stores. Called another store in order to ship it to us so that we can pick it up later.

I was highly satisfied with the experience because the associates were very kind. There was a big selection of charms. I was also able to get in and out of the store in a short amount of time.

Pandora gift boxes used to be much nicer, pretty making the jewelry piece stand out. But now it’s a paper box , make the piece look poorly.

March 1st i have visited the store in chestnuthill mall. to buy a present. Everythingh was mislabeled. The earings that says starts with 50usd ended up 115 usd. another one I picked marked as 50usd but when i was at the cashier it popped up as 60usd. the store manager taylor said "this is what it is ", although the store has a lot of wrong costs attached to them she didn;t applogize and she has the atititude " this is what it is either buy or leave" . when I asked her the manager. she said I ma the manager and i can not do anything. this is the cost. even no applogies, nothing. I ended up buying but than returned back in few minutes as i think this is a shame of customer service. I immediatly called the customer service - i have never seen this type of atitiude earlier in US. even not in marshalls, trader joes' no where. this is sad to see such a global company handling the customer relations really poorly.
