These people tell all in the tone of their voices. It's all about what they can't do for you and not what they can. My guy Eric is nice enough... But all of them are too casual with the way they speak to customers. No selection of cars... They do not pick you up. My car smells like pastrami and has no keyless entry remote. ????????????
