Diana was so nice and helpful. I came in for a ring that has been discontinued and it was hard to find the numbers to ring it up. I found it online just as she found an old book.

The young lady that helped me (Emerald) was really nice. I was there to only purchase a few charms but because she was extremely knowledgeable and patient I purchased more than my intention. I kept changing my mind and she didn't act like I was a bother. She continued to help me with a smile. I would go back to this Pandora just because of her excellent customer service.

I was very please with the customer service that I received for my pick up order and the cleaning of of my personal pandora necklace purchased in 2012. Cherry brought my necklace back to life!
