I was able to find all my Pandoras that I was looking for. Plus they were all in sale 50 % off which made it even a better deal.

The service of the sales personal Cherry was excellent. I got a gift for my mom and girlfriend. Store was clean and the bracelets were displayed nicely.

The deals were great. The customer service was exceptional. They were great for gift ideas and Christmas shopping.

incorrectly charged for the items purchased. the most expensive item was scanned twice and it was not caught until returned home. Watched a charm break when the sales associate was trying to put it on the bracelet, was not the associates fault but flaw in charm.

Everyone working there was really nice, I was happy with the price of my charm. They had a lot of options for me to choose from but I already had a charm in mind all I had to do was show them and the found it.

Purchased a charm 1.months ago and a gem fell out of charm. Asked if I it could be replaced or fixed and was questioned about how I wear my bracelet. I am careful to not get it wet and when I return home from the office I place it back into the original jewelry box it came in. Disappointed the product did not hold up to average wear.

Overall my experience was great, I was hoping the store would have a bigger selection of Disney and marvel items but I still got what I needed.

It was okay, just like any experience I have with Pandora. They recommend me stuff and I most likely buy it. Im disappointed they. couldn’t fix my tennis bracelet though

The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and very friendly and helpful.
