I’ve been a Pandora customer for well over a decade. I’ve purchased for myself and for others. I’ve noticed a significant decrease in variety of styles/stones in rings/necklaces/earrings, etc. I used to go in and have trouble choosing between multiple pieces, and recently (past couple of years) I haven’t found anything I’ve wanted to purchase. It’s a bummer.

The service was adequate. It was not a warm and fuzzy experience but the sales associate found the charm that I came for.

The sales associate was wonderful and kind and did nothing wrong. The problem was is confusion over the price I saw online and what they thought it was- which was more. Although it was nicely resolved and the price I saw was the correct price, it caused a delay in which it wasn’t necessary were the stock item numbers easily identified by the staff.
