I was looking for specific charms and they were unavailable in store.

No bathroom, drove for an hour with a 5 year old. One charm got cancelled saying it wasn't available.. But i bought it at the store. Lady that waited on me had the personality of a rock. And when i was done i had to ask someone else if i was all set since the lady waiting on me handed me the bag and didn't say a word and went to another person. I may have wanted more.

3 sales associates in store; I was the only customer. Took several minutes before I was greeted and assistance was offered. The store is new, and it seemed obvious that the employees are in training, but guests should be greeted immediately and and assistance offered right away. I was planning to purchase two of the same charm, but the store only had one in inventory. I completely understand that things like that happen, especially this time of year. I am very happy to have a Pandora store so close to my home, and think that this store has the potential to be great. Cherry was extremely nice and did try to contact another store to see if they had the charm in stock, but the other store did not answer their phone.

Tried returning a charm, but it was over the thirty days. Very disappointed because I couldn’t use it on any of the bracelets I already had.

All the items were inside cases, which I understand they have to be concerned with theft. However, it seems they could take out one tray at a time so the charms could be seen closer. the way the lights were shining onto flat trays, it was almost impossible to see what was in there. They should allow one tray out at a time with an associate standing there watching over merchandise or at the very least, put the trays in case at an angle so lights are hitting at an angle or in a turning case at eye level so charms can be seen. Also, the sales person was new, didn’t know the merchandise at all. She was pleasant but, actually told me she didn’t think charms would go on a bangle bracelet. I had to show her how to remove the little ball on the end and put the charms on… Felt a little bad or her, Pandora did little to no training. This was not the experience I have received in the past at other stores.

I did not like my associates! She was the sale person and very rude. I was just trying to point to a ring to see it, and she almost smacked my hand and said no! Absolutely didn’t want to buy from her!

This had to the the worst experience I’ve had at this Pandora ever. I usually always shop with Ms. Cherry but my sister and I arrived approximately 1.5 hours before her today and sadly, we were helped or barely helped by Esli. She certainly needs more training or perhaps a desk job where she isn’t required to interact with customers. Not a good experience. Won’t return unless I can be helped by Ms. Cherry.

Apparently trying on new charms on existing jewelry is against store policy. This was communicated to me in a snide and unfriendly way. Incredibly unprofessional. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and was prepared to spend several hundred dollars. These associates were clueless as to how to help me and did not create an environment where shopping was even enjoyable. I drove 30 minutes for one particular charm on hold and was greeted with rudeness by the store manager, Neha. No thank you, I will not be returning to the Village of Rochester Hills for another thing.
