Pandora Jewelry

Went to this location to repurchase a bracelet for my daughter. We were told by 2 previous stores that the bracelet was not under warranty. Esther from the north riverside location was extremely helpful. I told her how I was upset to repurchase a bracelet that had a warranty that said it wasn’t covered. Not only did she apologize she was able to help me and replaced the bracelet. I was happy to purchase more pandora items. I guess not all locations are friendly when you’re not making the store money because i was told that I had to purchase another. Thanks to Esther and her willingness to be helpful she will make a little girls day.

Excellent Customer Service

I was in and out in 7 minutes flat, it was very crowded. Plus I was looking for the Winnie the Pooh charms and bracelet and the red bracket was sold out but the rose golf was free so it worked out.

The people that worked in the store was very knowledgeable of the product and very professional and very passionate. They answered all my questions and was very friendly. The environment was very comfortable.

I was greeted with a smile and politeness, the salesperson was courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to meet my shopping experience needs. This was my second time purchasing from Pandora and am most certain I will return when the need arises.

Very organized set up. Associate was very helpful on what I was look for. Super friendly and satisfied all my needs. While waiting in line to enter the store I was offered water for the wait. Definitely friendly and thoughtful and quick

The Customer service is always wonderful and very thorough. I enjoy that the associates make suggestions, you don't feel rush or pressured, and can shop with ease.
