All staff were patient and friendly. My husband was prepared to buy me one charm for my birthday; however, Aleksandra was such a great sales person, we left with 4 charms. Aleksandra even picked them (as I was indecisive). She understood what I liked and I love ever piece. I have already hinted to my husband and kids to go back for my Christmas gift. Thank you all!

My sales rep Yesenia was very knowledgeable & helpful. She helped me find the perfect ring for me and she mentioned stacking rings together & I love how it turned out.

Associate showed me relevant pieces and also made relevant recommendations. Associate was kind friendly and approachable. Manager stepped in to ensure associate was performing duties as expected, but associate had it all covered even before manager stepped in.

I was highly satisfied in the way the associate helped me and asked me what was I looking for, but not so much when she had to turn away and look for another charm for me and made someone watch over the charms I was looking at, I was not going to steal made me feel uncomfortable
