The second I walk in to start looking a worker walks up asking if we needed help with anything. As well as asking if we want to see the items. Letting you know that each charm had a graving. Telling you what you can’t see from the outside of the glass

The sales person did rust me she taken her time with me and she tried to get me buy more than what I want

I learned that I would need clips to stop my charms from moving around .

The saleswoman was extremely nice Professional & Patient.

The level of professionalism and courtesy is outstanding. The North Riverside staff truly make every customer feel special and are very helpful with making selections. In General all of the North Riverside Park Mall Pandora staff are great at what they do and it always pleases me to go there.

When I first came in everybody was friendly and helped me right away.they got me in and out so fast and easy.

It was my first time going in a Pandora store and it was a great experience with the great customer service associate Sandra provided! What drew me in store were graphics in windows. I’ve been looking for a special ring to gift myself for awhile at other jewelry stores but I just couldn’t. But yesterday I found the prefect one at Pandora and with the great associates there! I will be returning to Pandora in the near future.

I visited the Northriverside mall in Illinois. Sales associate Patricia was very friendly and very patient as this was out first time buying a pandora necklace. I left confident and pleased with my purchase.
