I went in because my Pandora bracelet broke. The sales associate was quick to help me with my exchange and also informed about better ways to care for my bracelet. She was very knowledgeable and polite. She also showed me a couple charms that I haven’t seen and ended up purchasing one.

Friendliness, knowledge about merchandise. Speedy service was good.

Staff is always friendly. Always find what I'm looking for. The wait time is never too long.

The sales associate i had was alright. She never told me her name. I feel like she was showing me all the stuff i wanted to see and it was available but i felt like i was being rushed based off her attitude. I love Pandora. I have 5 full bracelets and i just wanted to look and see different stuff because i have a lot of charms and she was helpful but i felt like i was being rushed and she kept walking off saying she don’t feel good. The associate that took her place was Amazing.

It was exceptional customer service . I was greeted and helped as soon as I entered the store.
