Laura customer service was exceptional! My visit was to purchase charms for a recent bracelet my husband gifted me. Sadly, Laura mentioned it was a small selection due to being discontinued temporarily. I'm very satisfied with the purchased I made and for the help I received by Laura.

The ladies here are very knowledgeable and very good sales rep. I was so satisfied with my service I came back to back to make huge purchases with my mom and sister. I can’t wait to go back to purchase more charms.
