Verónica the sales associate is very professional and genuinely caring. She has great customer service and answered all of the questions we had as first time shoppers at Pandora. My only complaint is no one greeted us upon entering your location. A "hello, welcome" goes a long way for paying customers. We circle the store twice before anyone offered us help. However, thanks to Veronica's customer service we will be returning to this location.

Karina G. helped me with the items that I was interested in. She was awesome and had so much patience when it came to me trying on various items. I plan to go see her again soon.

It was my first time visiting this store, the associates at the store were really friendly and even spoke Spanish which is great! I also liked how she helped me find my ring size.

From the moment I walked into Pandora (Riverside location), I knew I would make a BIG purchase. Karina was amazing in her customer service, from giving me her great suggestions to making sure all my questions about the rings, charms, and bracelet were answered. Karina is an asset to this location and company. She was very professional, and underneath the mask, I knew she had a big smile on her face. She made my experience wonderful. EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR FOR SURE!!!
