This time around I felt as if the sales associate was rushing me. Yes, it was busy however if she wasn't feeling well she should've not be on the clock. She kept scratching herself and looking around a lot not focusing on helping me. I'm not sure what was her deal but this is the first time I get rush to the register. I didn't bought all the items I had planned to do. I will be going to another location to do so. She did not rang my sale it was another sales rep. The cashier was friendly and attentive.

The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful, and polite. I came in looking for a Pacific charm which they sold out of and she suggested another that I was happy with. She was so helpful that I brought two more additional charms. Great Service Goes Far…

I’ve had really bad experiences at the Schaumburg location. Placed an order and they ignored it for 2 hours. It wasn’t until I asked for a manager that they got my order ready. Meanwhile none of the associates were doing anything. They were standing around.

They didn't show me bargain an discounted charms only the high priced ones. But it's ok ik they need to make commission and bracelet wasn't cleaned properly

Everything was perfect. Everyone in there was really nice; I was even offered water, shopping at the mall could be a little stressful.
