Gizelle B made a huge difference in my actually buying something. Out of the pretty big group of employees all hanging out in the corner, and a few that looked my way, she was the only one that asked if I needed help. We were just looking/killing time but at that moment that she acknowledged us, I decided to buy something. I ended up buying 2 rings and will be back to buy my daughter’s birthday gift. Next time I will call ahead and make sure Gizelle will be there to help me.

I was gifted my first bracelet and I wanted to get some charms. I heard that I would need charm stoppers? I wasn’t really sure but Alexandra was kind to explain it to me and was willing to show me which ones were eligible for my type of bracelet and was knowledgeable of them. I am very happy.

The sales person Yessenia went above and beyond when helping me pick out a Mother’s Day gift, I even ended up getting more than what I planned! She definitely knew the inventory and did it all with a warm smile amazing!!!

Thankfully the charms I wanted were still available. The girl that works there helped me put together charms and was very friendly. The store was very busy but she took her time with us and I appreciate that.
