While at the store a sales associate was having a difficult time putting on charms and fitting my bracelet because she had really long nails. She asked her colleagues to help her put charms on a bracelet and remove the bracelets I was trying on. If a sales person can't even perform her job with those nails they should not be allowed to have them.

When I came in the associate was talking among themselves I had to walk up to the counter before anyone acknowledge that I was in the store

The worker were very friendly

Wasn't satisfied with the small earrings that were on sale

I wanted to exchange a bracelet but because it was gifted to me as a set. I didn't have the option to upgrade just the bracelet and keep the charms.

Noone gives exceptional customer these days. Rep was knowledgeable about products. However, not about rings and sizes.
