I walked in the store. A store associated greeted me the minute I walked in. I told her what I was looking for. She showed me a selection and then another selection and then another. Until I found what I was looking for. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I was satisfied

I forgot to do the survey but had the receipt where I had spent 315.00 on the visit prior to today and they didn’t honor the receipt because I forgot to do the survey I have spent a lot of money with Pandora and the receipt should have been sufficient

Lizbeth, did not pay attention to the ring size she gave me, because when I got home I noticed she gave me the wrong size, and also didn’t explain how the warranty works.

I was disappointed when I got home and I noticed that I was missing the bag to store my bracelet in. I then called the store and the agent told me to return to the store for a bag to store my bracelet in. I live too far from the store and I asked her to mail it and she said that she could not very disappointed. If you fail to provide a customer with a bag to store the product in you should be able to mail it. Dissatisfied customer.
