I wasn't highly satisfied due to having to wait in line for a while before entering store. I wish there was an option for people that ordered for pick up or know exactly what they want.

The free braclet was not my size and they didn't have anymore at north riverside

Reason why I was not satisfied was due to the fact that I came in and spoke to the older white lady told her I was shopping for a gift. She then says nothing so I began to browse on my own. Clearly she didn’t care to help me at all I felt very disrespected. She walks away and pretends to be busy. I then get approached by a very nice young lady who was very welcoming complete opposite than the white lady who thought was too good to help me. Thanks to this young nice girl I was able to buy my gf a very nice thoughtful and meaningful gift

The sales person look like she didn’t want to show me what I asked she look like she was in a hurry to check me out and her mood whats not good

There was a promo for a free jewelry box that was sold out. However, all the other stores offered a beach bag as a substitute and this store did not do that.

The associated was in a rush and totally just trying to make a speed sale, she rushed me and didn’t offer to see other things just trying to get a pandora credit card. She didn’t care about me just try to make money

Sell associate was rude in north riverside mall. They also didnt know what they were doing.

Felt rushed, asked for light green noticed at home it was the dark one. Bracelets wasn’t pinned to box

I am a pandora fan and love adding new charms to my bracelets, but this visit i decided to get my bracelet cleaned in addition to buying more charms. The lady that helped me was trying to ring me out really quick for one, and for two she told me that one of my charms was a fake! I was extremely appalled. I would never buy anything not pandora for my pandora bracelet. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I told her that was one of the first charms I have ever purchased. You can clearly see the serial number in the charm. I just didn’t appreciate the comment. She needed to look for for that serial number to confirm and not just assume it was fake.

Because the don’t tell you when u spend $150 you get a free bracelet I spent over that
