was informed that the free jewelry box was not available. They were not available for a day before I went to the store. As popular as the store is, more could have been brought in.

No employees greeted me and asked if I needed help it was several employees helping one person instead of spreading out I stood there for 15 mins before helped then my item was out of stock when it said available online.I asked the rep her opinion all she could do was shrug her shoulders im not sure if it was a language barrier or not but I doubt it she understood my purchases I was looking for

Because they cancelled my order online twice

The checkout process took over 30 minutes as associates were confused about the order that customers needed to pay for items. Therefore people who just entered the store were able to complete their purchases immediately. I will only do pick up orders moving forward.

I did the credit klarna and needed access to my bank I have the app on phone so could not remember my password so had to call didn't appreciate how the associate and others were whispering and then went to the back and other associates came out like I was doing something illegal and everyone staring talking in Spanish I felt racially profiled

There was a group of associates all huddled in one area of the display floor. They were talking amongst each other instead of trying to assist customers who were walking in the store or looking at merchandise. I did not receive any assistance while browsing until someone from the huddle broke away and asked if I was being helped. After I asked for assistance the group was still intact chatting and eventually one of the associates helped out another waiting customer.
