The Pandora associations are rude but pretend to be nice just to upscale. The north riverside mall Pandora in Chicago Illinois associates talk badly about customers! While you’re in ear shot. Even after I made a $385 purchase that day. I love Pandora but I loathe that location! I almost walked out without purchasing from the store because of how unprofessional most associates was. Especially the young lady I had. She was the worst!

Sales associate didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. Didn’t sell to me or introduce themselves to us. Sales associate had very little to no communication.

I went to this store to purchase the cute piggy bank, and asked the associate if they had it, she said no that it was a pretty popular one, and got sold out. I was oh ok can I see other charms that you have on sale... and guess what o my what a miracle the piggy bank charm appeared in abundance in one of the pallets of charms.. I looked at her like really, she had just told me they were out of stock!!

The sale associate was rushing the sale so she could talk to others sale associates. I asked her to put the charms on my bracelet and she put them on backwards.

I came in to clean two rings, and the sales associate was rude. My ring have been in the pandora bag and one of them I haven’t worn in like 4years. Sales associate brought the rings clean, I was satisfied with it. But she started commenting that it was missing diamonds so that mean that I used it often which I haven’t. Anyway that was very unnecessary for her to comment on that. I just came I. For a cleaning not a lecture. Also my sister wanted to purchase a ring and there was available associates but they didn’t help us out until 5min after. Overall the associates are not friendly and a I felt I was racially profiled. I never had any problems at other Pandora’s than the one at Riverside Mall.

The person who served me made me feel discriminated against with his comments, he made me feel that I did not have the economic capacity to be able to buy in his store

Walked in and was asked to wait for an associate. I think if the greeter had to go get someone while there was someone there, it’s an inside job, if Liliana wanted to make sales she should be on the floor helping and not in the back room waiting for the greeter to come get her. The available rep approached us, very friendly was already helping us. The greeter came back with a new rep, interrupted & introduced a new rep said she’d be helping us. Leaving us in a very awkward and uncomfortable spot with the rep we were already working with. Liliana wasn’t much help just pointed out to the charm sets and their free gift promo. Decided on two charms but she kept pushing to get three. At check out she kept pushing to buy more as we were $20 from the gift set. We said no but she kept pushing then her manager chimed in also pushing to buy more to get the free gift and just regift it on Christmas! I felt very uncomfortable, they were so pushy on sales cuz they earn commission. I normally go to a different pandora location. I will never step foot in this pandora location again! I’ve spent quite amount of money with pandora and the service here was very poor. Wish other rep helped us instead.

Sales associate informed me my credit card was expired and I had to reapply I checked at home and found that was not correct had to make a second trip to the store
