Customer service is disgusting all the sales associate including the manager feel like they are doing us a favor very rude.when ask to see something else they give you attitude and get mad. Worst customer service ever!!

The jewelry is cheap I have had a stone fall out of my cross and had got sold a defective bracelet had to go 45 minutes out of my way to have it replaced because of the lack of stock in the store near my he was also told I could have to wait up 2 ain't in order for them to order

Did not have several charms that I wanted nor the Marvel ring and the ring only goes to a size 9 and I need a 10.

The staff was not friendly or acknowledged my presence each time I’ve utilized this location. Each time in store, I observed how staff treated African American customers. I voiced my concerns to management regarding my negative perception of staff treatment towards African American customers.

The bracelet that I wanted couldn't purchase because it was damaged.,more then one.

Soy turista y vine especialmente a comprar a Pandora, porque en mi pais no hay esta tienda, la señorita no se esforzo por comunicarse conmigo en español, apezar que si entendia porque yo le hablaba en español y ella respondia en Ingles, ademas nunca se dirio ami. Siempre fue con mi acompañante porque ella si habla Ingles. Me senti descrimidada. Mi compra fue de $407.00 yo estabe dispuesta a gastar tripe, pero la verdad no me senti bien con el trato, y cuando pague le indique que iba a pagar con tarjeta y efectivo, y applico todo ala tarjeta. No vuelvo a ir a esta Pandora. gracias.
