As soon as I stepped in I was greeted with smiles and joy. No one looked like they were there to make a check and bored. They were all cautious about the surroundings and the customers.

Our helper was an associate named Maya and she was very friendly and very willing to help out my mother and I. Gave a variety of options and gave us a positive experience unlike any other. Amazing service!

Sales person Adrianne B No. 225734 was very attentive. She showed us different pieces of jewelry. She was kind and patient. My husband purchased several items for me. I loved that I could try on the earrings and necklace before purchasing. Thank you

I bought another bracelet. (I have three now and purchased one for a number of family members) When I got home I could not get one the the clip on spacers to fit on my new bracelet. I have three spacers (I bought two prior.) Of the three I could only get one to fit and it was verrrrrrry difficult. My thumbs hurt so much trying to close it. I will never be able to get it off. I would like to return all three and get two butterflies spacers and either a safety chain and/or the 2023 graduation charm and/or the purple MOM charm heart. (maybe all three). I get charms as gifts from so may people in my family it is soo great. I may also have to get a fourth bracelet soon! The sales people are so awesome and nice and patient and take so much time wi9th me. They care. I feel like I am a very important person like the actual mother of the owner of Pandora. I noticed all customers are treated so special. I will be returning tomorrow to see about the exchanges. Thanks
