Comfortable atmosphere

I had not been to Rubios before this visit. When approaching the cashier at the counter, I ordered my food. When she said my order back to me I told her it was wrong. She then nodded her head and rolled her eyes so I apologized. She then asked me if I wanted a drink abruptly handed me a medium cup when I was stumped, because my meal doesn't come with a drink. I was ordering the street tacos combo. I ordered it with steak and no beans. I also ordered two extra street tacos with chicken. My total was $14.00. The price of the combo was $6.99 and $1.99 per taco. My total should have been around $12.00 but I didn't complain because the lady was already rude I was questioning her. I have a dairy allergy, so I took my time to carefully select this restaurant, and the items from the menu. I went over your allergic information for 20 minutes before going into your store. When I got my food, I did not check the order because I figured she got it right by the response she gave me at the register. Sadly the food I ordered was not consumable and I had already gotten 10 miles from the store when I was able to attempt to eat it. I received 2 steak tacos with beans and chips and my two street tacos with chicken. I paid quite a bit of money for the wrong order I can not eat. I was also treated badly when I tried to order the correct thing so I was stuck with what I got, because this cashier didn't care about me or my needs. I will never go to Rubios again. I have never in my life written a bad review for anyone. This was completely unacceptable and it saddens me that this woman doesn't care about her customers. Without them she would not have a paycheck. I would hope that a better person would represent this restaurant.
