Good fish tacos. Wish they had a drive thru

Normally the staff is super friendly but today they seemed off. A gentleman in front of me needed to know if the coleslaw had any mayonnaise in it, and the cashier had no clue what he was talking about. A what I assume to be chef was leaving and answered him politely on his way out. But the cashier seemed like she could careless which carried over into my order. I knew what I wanted and ordered quickly but she was more concerned about informing me about how tired she was from just getting up....at 1:30? Otherwise the experience was fine. I didn't wait long, there were four people ahead of me waiting for their food and I received my food within 4-6 mins. The sleepy cashier forgot my dressing for the salad but luckily I noticed in the car and ran back in to get it.

We usually love Rubios, but this visit the service was so slow! Other customers noted it too! It was not very busy and was early for dinner. No reason to be that slow!
