We only ordered five items during this visit and we had to ask three different times before we actually got ALL five items!!! The incompetence was completely unbelievable!

Our order took way longer than usual. The burrito had dry beans with hard chunks that nearly broke my husbands tooth. We will not be going back for a long time if ever.

I am a Bueno fan. This location is usually terrific. Not today. Drive thru took 12 minutes. Ordered chicken potato burrito NO lettuce. Got chicken potato burrito with no lettuce OR QUESO.... Receipt reflected what I ordered. Pulled in and took it inside. Manager was very friendly and had emoter fix right away. She even told him make sure no lettuce. I got my burrito back with queso- AND LETTUCE. I JUST ATE THE THING.... What a pain.
