Sat in line for over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. The order was rang up in the register correctly but that was the ONLY thing that was right!! It's getting so upsetting that you can't get what you paid for!!

Horrible service. Didn't get two out if three orders right. And tried giving out 3rd order that was desert only to someone else. Ridiculous!!!! Didn't apologize or anything. I will not return to this location.

Slow service, couldn't see menu because the light was out. They were out of firehouse sauce and our food was cold!! Very unhappy

This visit was awful! We waited WAY too long for our food, when it did come out the chips were greasy and they were out of chip bowls for the mexi dips and chips. It's was about 7pm and they locked the doors and wouldn't let anyone else in because they said they were out of food
