The wait was outrageous, the person in front of me ended up leaving without their food, and then they forgot my hot sauce

Where do I start there were no paper towels in the bathroom so I planned to get some off the fixings bar but those were also out. The bar was very messy and was also out of silverware. We ordered at 755 and at 830 when we still did not have food I went to the counter and they were "finishing it up" when we finally relieved the food some of it was not hot

Got my order all wrong. And what I did get was sloppy put together burritos. Not happy at all.
