We went on 49 cent taco night. There was a very long line when we arrived at drive thru but wasn't in a hurry so entered the line. For being so long it moved rather quickly until the car ahead of us. This car was at the window for literally 15 mins. When I got to the window I asked the employee how many tacos that car ordered. It was 60!!!! Rather than making everyone behind wait the employees should have had the car with large order pull forward and park and wait so everyone else can get their orders and move on.

When we arrived there was no one at the counter and long line. Someone finally came to assist people but went into the back in between every customer and we're not very nice about it. After I ordered it took them over 15 minutes to get my food and several people who ordered after me were called. I went up to the counter to ask and the last was extremely rude about me asking if my food was ready. After telling me that they had to make fresh tacos, they finally called my name and threw the bag on the counter and then went back to the back. I was very frustrated, especially since I have never had a bad experience at this taco Bueno before.

The bean Burritoes had very little beans. The cashier was rude and it took 25 minutes to get our food. None of the staff was friendly. Taco Bell staff is much friendlier
