The lady at the counter was friendly and nice and she did a great job of explaining the billing to me. They were very expedient with getting me back on the road as I was only half way around the lake across the street when they finished. She said it could take an hour or more and I think it only took them 45 minutes or less to get it all done

Truck has had front end issues for over 2 years, just never felt right. After having all this work done with Big O, it now feels right again.

They are highly knowledgeable and dependable as well as fast friendly and great prices. I always get my tires at Big-O and they take great care of me when I need it like when I get a flat tire. I also like the new location in Firestone near my home.
