My main issue is the service people get in your car to drive it and they don't do anything to protect the inside of your car from their greasy clothes, hands and boots.

Scheduling was a little bit of a hassle. Cancelled appointment with no call back. No call to indicate work was complete.

We were quoted different pricing for a variety of services, the original service was 4 new tires, oil change synthetic, new battery, 1731.they called and said other things were wrong and gave a total of a bit over 3000.00 then when I picked up after declining the added services the price was 1593.78 my head was spinning.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The staff were kind and the time it took for the service was reasonable. I was slightly disappointed because no extra services were included with the oil change. I typically have my tires rotated for free with my full synthetic oil change. I opted to not pay extra for this service.

They did not balance my tires correctly when I had them changed. Had to return to have the job redone.

Associate didn’t clearly explain what was in the total price and added the 15k system kit without even mentioning it once. Also, have to come back to get alignment because it was going to take 3 more hours than estimated time.
