I needed tires. Big O sells tires. Big O employees sold and mounted the tires on my car in a satisfactory manner. As is their job. Am I satisfied, yes. What would qualify as highly satisfied? Was the experience so blissful that all other purchases and interactions pale in comparison. No! I bought tires.

The store was short on staff and there were a number of customers waiting. However, I will say that the one Customer Service rep was very courteous and communicated well with all the customers.

I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 and the associate called and confirmed they had availability and could get me in at 1:00. When I arrived at 12:55 I was checked in very quickly and they let me know my truck would get right in. My truck did not get into the garage till basically 2:00 and then the service was not complete till almost 3:00. I would have not gone in if I knew it was going to take that long as I missed another appointment.

I tried to schedule an appointment online, and they had no idea about my appointment the next day. The reason for my visit was to have a valve stem changed. This took more than 2.5hrs.

The technician removed a brush guard from the front of the car and it doesn’t appear they were able to reinstall it as solidly as it had been. When I asked why it was removed the explanation made no sense. There was also no attempt to go over the findings of the inspection which included several points that seem like they could be serious issues if not addressed.

A follow up call to let me know the part was not being delivered and my car would not be done in tow hours would have been nice. Otherwise the service was great!

The price I was shown on the website did not include mounting and balancing, taxes and other charges. After an hour and a half of waiting, the tires were already installed on my vehicle when I was told I had to pay over $200 more than I expected after shopping the website. If I had been made aware of the total price before they were installed I would have declined and purchased from discount tire where the total price was within my budget.

I needed a replacement belt. This belt could not be located locally. No one told me that there would be a delay in the arrival of this belt, so I felt my wait was extremely long. Had someone communicated this information to me, I would not have felt this way.
