Big O Tires

I showed up on time for my appointment but once checked in my car sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes before they even began my oil change. Also, not necessarily a knock on the shop, but they said I needed new tires, which is true, but they quoted my over $800 for a new set. My car has 200,000 miles on it and is not worth all that much, I think they should have shown me the cheapest option available. If $800 is the cheapest option then yikes! Les Schwab can get me a new set for less than $600 and Discount Tires can do less than $500. I may have gotten tires that day, with Big O, but I just felt that $800 was way more than I wanted to spend in my old car.

I feel like pricing was high compared to what I've previously paid at a dealer.

I went in for a $19.99 oil change. It ended up being a $47+ oil change. This was pointed out after the completion of the oil change. I felt it was a bait and switch scam

Explain all of the charges that will be incurred. Work with a purpose and stay off the cell phones.

Have the mechanic cover seats before getting in my car. There was grease on my light cloth seat. Grease finger prints on the door and window. There should be no sign they were in my car. Otherwise your service and pricing are great!!!

Too many additional suggested services. Just help me get the services I came for and earn my trust, then I might consider the rest. I accepted an estimate from a competitor and had the service done with them for this reason.

It is never ok for a tech to rummage through someone's vehicle, If you are looking for something ask the customer 1st.

Ensure you are appropriately staffed on Saturdays. This is the second time I have waited 2-3 hours for an alignment. The team is nice but always telling me that they had call outs and the work is going to take long.

People is not nice at all and is super expensive price. They make me feel unwelcome because I’m very friendly and they are extremely received.

Maybe have mechanics do a full check through to make sure everything was bolted on correctly. I came in for an oil change and got brakes replaced on Wednesday the 6th with everything fine to recieve it Friday afternoon with wheel bearings loose and lots of excessive humming and grinding which wasn't like that on Wednesday drop off.
