Big O Tires

I paid $600 for power steering work but still have the same issue (noise) and now there's a leak. Will take it back to the Big O in Firestone asap.

When I went to pick up my vehicle the battery was dead because someone left the lights on. When I went inside and notified the person at the front desk that my battery was dead, they seemed to doubt me and then they went out to the shop to tell someone. The person up front and the rest of the employees in the shop stood around and chatted with each other for a few minutes while I waited. Finally, someone seemed to realize they should help me and they met me to jump my battery. Additionally, I was never notified how much the service would cost, not what the inspection outcome was (I had to ask and got a simple, "looks good.) The appointment and leaving it overnight was great, but the pickup day service left a lot to be desired.

I specifically called before I came in asking for a synthetic blend oil change and if they could take me at that time. I asked for the synthetic blend oil change when I got to the store as well. I let it be known that my tire pressure light was on and asked them to even out my tires. after saying no to over 1300 worth of work I didn't need along with a 40 dollar quote to switch out 1 blinker bulb (which I said no to), I was charged 70 dollars for my oil change. when I asked why it was so much, I was told the full synthetic is what's recommended so that's what they did. I am a single mom on a limited budget and if I say I want a synthetic blend oil change, that's what you should give me. instead you did a service a didn't ask for that was almost 3 times the amount of my coupon and I felt forced to pay. my son and I got into the car just wanting to go and my tire pressure light was still on. I had to go back in and wait another 10 minutes for air to be put in my tires. I feel like I got taken advantage of. I hope that extra money you charged did you well because you will not be getting any more of it from me.

It over 2 hours to check one tire for a leak.

He would not rotate my tires The tires I bought was big old brand I bought them in Broomfield, but he said his computer would not show when I bought him or even in Broomfield so in the story, he would not rotate my tires even though that’s what I wanted him to do. The tires look fine to me. I looked at the tires and my opinion, he was just too lazy to rotate tires and they’re using that as an excuse and they wanted me to buy a whole bunch of stuff done. My car has 195,000 miles on it would want to do that. I just wanted to oil change and tire rotation , why can’t you get what you want

How is it a liability to sell me only 2 new tires, but it's not a liability to let me drive off with an unsafe bulge in my tires?

Hit curb and needed 2 new tires. I dropped off the car and about 2 hours Later Tom called to say he could not get car aligned. I asked why and he said something is way out of whack. I asked what needed fixed and he said he wouldn't know until he "Started throwing parts" at it. I sain no and do best he could and call me when done. I would assume any Competent mechanic would have seen this during there attempt to align the camber on that side?? I should not need to tell a mechanic "What to look for". I was hoping William Carroll would give better service than he did at Christian Brothers but I guess not. William has yet again lost a franchise another customer. You tried to lie to a woman to get her to buy a new tire. First said no nail in tire. Then agreed after arguing there was a nail. Then said tread too worn to repair. Nail not on wall but in tread. Truck is 2021 with 15K miles on 50K mile tire. Tried to rip a woman off with fear tactics of “tire blowing up”. Going to light your location up like a xmas tree on review boards AND you missed a $4K opportunity to sell 235 r19s summer and winter tires for my husbands Audi rS4. Not the first bad review we read about you and now definitely not the last.

Set an appointment for an oil change. Dropped my car off 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I went to lunch near by and came back 55 minutes later and they were just pulling my car into the bay. I asked how much longer they would be, I was told another 45 minutes. I asked what was the point of setting an appointment if they weren't going to honor it, and was told "I'm not sure." I asked what they had been doing for the last 55 minutes, and was told "I don't know." I canceled the oil change and asked for them to return my car to me. No explanation or apology was offered. I will find somewhere else to work on my car that actually values my time

Hire better technicians, and do honest work and own up to your mistakes
