I don't believe your brake job prices to be competitive. As such, I chose to complete work myself.

I dropped off my vehicle at 7am and it should not take up to 3pm to finish.

Time management

Have estimated time more narrowed down. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation online for noon. It was after 2 pm before my car was done. The associate told me it would be less than 45 minutes.

Prices are out of control

Prepare better for appointments especially with newer cars

I had 2 flats fixed for $70 when the place down the road would have been 30. Hit a quote for 4 new tires and a new hub for $2800+. The place down the road is 1700!!! Your tires alone are 300 more. Your guys were fine but your price is crazy!!

The prices are outrageous

After picking my vehicle up my Tires we not inflated properly. They were all different psi and one was around 20psi. I find this unsatisfactory. I also got an oil change and there was no sticker indicating when my next oil change should be. The small details were not taken care of on this visit

I left my vehicle for a scheduled one hour tire install. Came back 2 hours later and the vehicle had not even been pulled into the bay. No communication from bigO. After I complained Manager told me they had 2 sick mechanics….then after finally finishing my cars their internet went down and couldn’t process my payment. Had to leave card information on sticky note which left me uncomfortable. Tire pressure sensor has not gone off since bigO finished the job. BigO told me I needed to contact Honda on how to get that message light off……terrible experience.
