I made an appointment to switch out my summer tires (mounted on their own wheels) with my winter tires (also mounted on their own wheels). They did so in a very timely manner but I was charged $20+tax and they did not program my tpms sensors already in the winter tires/wheels to my car. I’m trying to get away from discount tire as they have gotten so big and impersonal that I don’t care to go there anymore but at least they do simple seasonal tire swaps for no charge and program your tpms sensors while they’re at it. I’m looking for a new tire shop to take my business to from now on and wanted to give Big O a chance but not too sure about it..

Don’t charge for a tire repair and send your customers out on 30 psi when mfr says it should be 40 :(

Went in for an oil change and brake light replacement for one bulb. Miraculously the second bake light went out. Then received a quote for brake service for 1500 dollars. This is the definition of price gouging. I got two more quotes for under 700 for the same service.

Is was never giving a cost. I asked for a rotate and balance and the tires were only balanced. The paper floor mat and seat cover were left in car. The glove box was left open past the point of open. I suppose they were checking the cabin air filter.

Lied to about time required to complete service. Lied to about the ability to complete a oil change, oil change price went from$160 to over $500. Crew not qualified to work on vehicle, only told after I got to the appointment. Told appt would be 45 mins and that changed to 1.5 hours when I arrived. Was told the required oil cost $456 + filter, but I found 6 qts and a oil filter for $100. Never got advertised break inspection.

I paid $600 for power steering work but still have the same issue (noise) and now there's a leak. Will take it back to the Big O in Firestone asap.

When I went to pick up my vehicle the battery was dead because someone left the lights on. When I went inside and notified the person at the front desk that my battery was dead, they seemed to doubt me and then they went out to the shop to tell someone. The person up front and the rest of the employees in the shop stood around and chatted with each other for a few minutes while I waited. Finally, someone seemed to realize they should help me and they met me to jump my battery. Additionally, I was never notified how much the service would cost, not what the inspection outcome was (I had to ask and got a simple, "looks good.) The appointment and leaving it overnight was great, but the pickup day service left a lot to be desired.

I specifically called before I came in asking for a synthetic blend oil change and if they could take me at that time. I asked for the synthetic blend oil change when I got to the store as well. I let it be known that my tire pressure light was on and asked them to even out my tires. after saying no to over 1300 worth of work I didn't need along with a 40 dollar quote to switch out 1 blinker bulb (which I said no to), I was charged 70 dollars for my oil change. when I asked why it was so much, I was told the full synthetic is what's recommended so that's what they did. I am a single mom on a limited budget and if I say I want a synthetic blend oil change, that's what you should give me. instead you did a service a didn't ask for that was almost 3 times the amount of my coupon and I felt forced to pay. my son and I got into the car just wanting to go and my tire pressure light was still on. I had to go back in and wait another 10 minutes for air to be put in my tires. I feel like I got taken advantage of. I hope that extra money you charged did you well because you will not be getting any more of it from me.

He would not rotate my tires The tires I bought was big old brand I bought them in Broomfield, but he said his computer would not show when I bought him or even in Broomfield so in the story, he would not rotate my tires even though that’s what I wanted him to do. The tires look fine to me. I looked at the tires and my opinion, he was just too lazy to rotate tires and they’re using that as an excuse and they wanted me to buy a whole bunch of stuff done. My car has 195,000 miles on it would want to do that. I just wanted to oil change and tire rotation , why can’t you get what you want
