Appointment was at 11 to check engine warning light (main problem) and my car was there for three hours but they only addressed 1 of the three items I wanted checked (engine light, tire sensor light and oil leaking). At 2:00 I was told it would be several more hours to check for an oil leak but I had to leave for an appt. Many places check the code for the engine light for free but I paid $170. It was a waste of half the day and nothing was fixed or addressed. The workers also mixed up my car with someone else's so I was receiving incorrect info about a screw in my tire that belonged to someone else.

I was told my vehicle was fixed and good to go but the rear brakes are still making noise and that should’ve been corrected.

I bought all 4 tires for my truck totaling $1250. This was also to include an alignment check. When I picked up my truck, all tire pressures completely different. I went back to have them change this. During that time I asked if the alignment check was done (as it clearly stated on the paperwork, it was to be done) and the gentleman (very politely) told me that it was not and reviewed the paperwork, and asked if I could come back as I had a zoom call to be on in 10 minutes. When I got back in to my truck. My tire pressures were at 47-50 psi with a max load of 44 PSI. I am actually a bit concerned and wonder now if the tires were even put on correctly? Wow.

The lack of organization , communication and inability to be truthful was the only amazing thing about my visit

in March I called the store in Firestone to see if they could get a certain size drum break for my 66 Skylark I was told yes to bring the car in and they would get the breaks and put them on for me. After about 3 weeks I called the shop to see how the breaks were coming and when I could get the car back. I was told they couldn't find the right size drums for my car so we agreed to do a front break disc conversion. After another 3 weeks I called to see how it was coming along and was asked to come in for a test drive

Was told to drop my car off. Two issues: "Check Engine" light was on; and noise in power steering. I dropped truck off on Monday shortly after noon. Was told they'd call me with diagnosis. That didn't happen. A girl called on Tuesday morning to tell me truck was ready to go. But the "Check Engine" light was still on and nothing had been done to turn it off. And the power steering noise was unabated. So my truck was in their shop for a full day, nothing was done, and the guy who checked me out said they'd "tried to call me." There was no call from them on my cell phone. The girl at the counter didn't know beans about cars. It was a total bad joke. I won't be back.

Get me in somewhat close to my appointment. My car sat in the parking lot for over a hour before they got to my car. I was there for over a hour and 40 min just for a oil change.

It would have to be free and done timely.

Don't make appointments that you can't keep.
