How is it a liability to sell me only 2 new tires, but it's not a liability to let me drive off with an unsafe bulge in my tires?

Hit curb and needed 2 new tires. I dropped off the car and about 2 hours Later Tom called to say he could not get car aligned. I asked why and he said something is way out of whack. I asked what needed fixed and he said he wouldn't know until he "Started throwing parts" at it. I sain no and do best he could and call me when done. This is a list of parts quoted. 2-struts@379ea+305.98labor,2-swaybar link@86.99ea+101.99 labor,2-rearshock@169.99ea+135.99labor,repl steer knuck one side3@169.99ea,wheel bearing1@228,wheelhub1@168 Total$2757.87 cost at DISCOUNT TIRE AND SERVICE FOR SAME ALIGNMENT $124.95 William could not explain why except that I did not inform the of a "Strut camber bolt that was on assembly. I would assume any Competent mechanic would have seen this during there attempt to align the camber on that side?? I should not need to tell a mechanic "What to look for". I was hoping William Carroll would give better service than he did at Christian Brothers but I guess not. William has yet again lost a franchise another customer. I KNOW THEY ARE TOLD TO SELL PARTS BUT LETS GET REAL FOLKS, THIS LUDICRIS!!!!OMG Taking care of your customers earns you more in the long run!!!

You tried to lie to a woman to get her to buy a new tire. First said no nail in tire. Then agreed after arguing there was a nail. Then said tread too worn to repair. Nail not on wall but in tread. Truck is 2021 with 15K miles on 50K mile tire. Tried to rip a woman off with fear tactics of “tire blowing up”. Going to light your location up like a xmas tree on review boards AND you missed a $4K opportunity to sell 235 r19s summer and winter tires for my husbands Audi rS4. Not the first bad review we read about you and now definitely not the last.

Set an appointment for an oil change. Dropped my car off 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I went to lunch near by and came back 55 minutes later and they were just pulling my car into the bay. I asked how much longer they would be, I was told another 45 minutes. I asked what was the point of setting an appointment if they weren't going to honor it, and was told "I'm not sure." I asked what they had been doing for the last 55 minutes, and was told "I don't know." I canceled the oil change and asked for them to return my car to me. No explanation or apology was offered. I will find somewhere else to work on my car that actually values my time

Appointment was at 11 to check engine warning light (main problem) and my car was there for three hours but they only addressed 1 of the three items I wanted checked (engine light, tire sensor light and oil leaking). At 2:00 I was told it would be several more hours to check for an oil leak but I had to leave for an appt. Many places check the code for the engine light for free but I paid $170. It was a waste of half the day and nothing was fixed or addressed. The workers also mixed up my car with someone else's so I was receiving incorrect info about a screw in my tire that belonged to someone else.

I was told my vehicle was fixed and good to go but the rear brakes are still making noise and that should’ve been corrected.

I bought all 4 tires for my truck totaling $1250. This was also to include an alignment check. When I picked up my truck, all tire pressures completely different. I went back to have them change this. During that time I asked if the alignment check was done (as it clearly stated on the paperwork, it was to be done) and the gentleman (very politely) told me that it was not and reviewed the paperwork, and asked if I could come back as I had a zoom call to be on in 10 minutes. When I got back in to my truck. My tire pressures were at 47-50 psi with a max load of 44 PSI. I am actually a bit concerned and wonder now if the tires were even put on correctly? Wow.

The lack of organization , communication and inability to be truthful was the only amazing thing about my visit

in March I called the store in Firestone to see if they could get a certain size drum break for my 66 Skylark I was told yes to bring the car in and they would get the breaks and put them on for me. After about 3 weeks I called the shop to see how the breaks were coming and when I could get the car back. I was told they couldn't find the right size drums for my car so we agreed to do a front break disc conversion. After another 3 weeks I called to see how it was coming along and was asked to come in for a test drive
