This was a very easy transaction. Service was great. Communication was great. We were very happy that the work got completed so timely.

The knowledge and customer service of both representatives we worked with. I was surprised to see Will because he was my service tech at Christian Brothers with my previous car. He provides great knowledge while being very honest and service oriented. When we picked up my car, Nick the other representative was so professional and explained everything to us with my car. Thursday, August 10th, the tire trouble light flared in my van. I had my friend take a look at my tires and he discovered TWO finishing screws in my rear passenger side of my Sienna. I drove it to the Big O near our home in Firestone, CO. They were able to get me in right away. They fixed it and inspected the rest of my tires As well. They didn’t charge me at all for their time!! Thanks!!

Very friendly staff. The manager, i forget his name, was help from the very start. I tried to schedule an appointment thru the web site. When I did not get an email confirmation back, I stopped by the shop to make sure the appointment was scheduled. He explained that the online appointment system was having issue but not to worry, he could get me in at the time I wanted. Car was done when they said it would be. I have used Big O off and on for many years. I will continue to take my vehicles to the Firestone location as they have a really good staff.
